Awesome book about scary emotions for kids.
This book has adorable illustrations and sing-song rhymes to tackle a tough topic in a very approachable way for young kids. It focuses on normalizing scary feelings like shame, and encouraging healthy ways of expression and communication. Very well written and encouraging for kids and parents alike.
