I buy this calendar every year. I appreciate the variety of art work included in each calendar. If it was a special day for me, I write on the page and keep it long after the calendar year is over. It’s a beautiful way to remember the good days i’ve had. I often use the pages as birthday cards when I see an artwork that reminds me of a loved one. I will continue to buy this every year.

Beautiful images, bad packaging
Don’t like the way the dates are displayed. Why would you use format of 1 Saturday February instead of 1 February Saturday, just dumb change to this series. Also the cardboard stand doesn’t, it doesn’t t stand properly and takes up too much table space. The magnetic cardboard stand doesn’t work properly at all. It arrived damaged too because the cardboard, though thick, broke apart. Just poor design overall. I even ordered a replacement and it also arrived damaged. Both are returned, such a shame.

Faint and Small Font for 2025 Day/Month Calendar
I just unboxed my 2025 calendar and was surprised/disappointed to see that the heading with the date and month is smaller and printed with a lighter font than in prior years. I’ve been buying this for many years and while I enjoy the daily art, it is a CALENDAR, and I need to see the date from a distance of several feet away based on the placement of my desk and computer table. I don’t appreciate diminishing the date/month, which is a key calendar feature. Changing from a plastic stand is good, but I’m just re-using my stand from last year for now.

UPDATE: Definite decline in quality – won’t buy again.
Yes, yes, I get it. Cardboard is good – plastic is bad. But the new cardboard holder is quite unattractive and really cheapens the look of this calendar. Luckily, I saved my plastic holder from 2024, so I will continue to use that. But if I didn’t have it? I likely would have returned this.Now that I have the calendar on my desk at work, it’s clear that the font is smaller, lighter, and less aesthetically pleasing than it has been in years past. I’ve been buying this calendar every year for seven years, but next year, I’ll be finding something new.(Please note – in the photos the 2024 pages ar in the 2025 cardboard holder – because it’s going in the trash – and the 2025 pages are in the 2024 holder.)

Great Calendar
We’ve gotten this calendar for a number of years and it’s a great calendar. The art is always interesting and in a number of instances has provoked a lot of interest in obtaining more information on the particular artist. Always makes for an interesting start of the day.

Cheap, disappointing change; no more
This calendar was wonderful in quality of the printing of the art works and graphics, and now it has become cheap. The images are worse, the font of the date is bad and hard to read, the date and the day are in the wrong order. The paper quality is lighter and harder to remove. And as others have remarked, the new cardboard container is cheesy. WHAT HAPPENED? We were worried that we’d bought a cheap knock-off, but this seems to be what Workman/Amazon are offering now. This is the last year I will order this calendar.

I’ll be honest, I dread going to work every day. I see this and it legit brightens my day. A perfect little reminder there’s still beauty in the world. I only wish there was a bit of a write up about each piece.

円安でずいぶん高くなりましたが、日本の会社が作れそうにないカレンダーです。まだ、買い始めて数年ですが、実際に見たことがある作品、知っている作品が登場することはありますが、同じ作品に気がついたことはありません。
