No way to tell which product you purchased the plan for!?
I usually get this for most things but it doesn’t tie it to an item you ordered. Extremely difficult to use if you don’t know which item you’ve purchased it for. Waste of money if you buy ot for multiple items and can’t use it unless your lucky enough to figure out which item goes with which plan you bought.

Battery Back-up
The product works as said – power went out and the battery back-up kept me on Starlink.As for the protection plan – how do you rate that until the unit goes out….I haven’t even received any information on it.
