Nice big screen.
So far so good. The screen is big & does reflect sunlight when using it in the car. Not a big deal, I just cover it with a jacket. When I opened the box and took it out, something is loose and rattling inside but the dvd player plays fine. If any issues occur I’ll contact the seller. I like the 3 year warranty. The only issue for me is that it doesn’t seem to have a button to tell you how many minutes are left on the program like my old player that lasted only a year before freezing or not acknowledging a disk in it. Oh well. Good price though. I would recommend.

Confusing and more work for me to fix the problem
I purchased this plan with a dashcam I bought for my car and it stopped working so I contacted Asurion and used the live chat. They looked up the product and my policy and said it was covered then asked for my email which I gave them. I then got an email that said I need to reach out to the manufacturer. Then the person I was chatting with started responding again and said they will email me a shipping label and I have to send it back and once it gets scanned they will send me a gift card. This protection plan just requires more work on my part and doesnt really resolve much.
