Comfortable, supportive walking/running shoe
The Brooks Ghost Max 2 shoe is the very best walking shoe for me after having plantar facitis . It has good support, cushioning, and the toe bed is wide enough . This is my third pair of Ghost 2, as it’s comfortable for walking or being on your feet all day, and it’s a good looking shoe. I would suggest to go up 1/2 size. Love the color of these!! I had worn ASICS for years, but have switched to these as they give more stability and arch support with my foot problems.

Great shoes
I have a strained ankle from wearing a badly fitted orthotic in a pair of my Uggs. So these shoes held my foot and ankle in place so that I could walk comfortably. There was good arch support but not too much like my bad insole. The shoe is breathable and lightweight. The first day I wore them, I got compliments on how they looked good. The style was contemporary. The shoes ran 1/2 size too big. I just don’t feel like returning them and getting another pair 1/2 size smaller. I might do that. I don’t know yet. I recommend these shoes.

Awesome Shoes!
I am so glad I purchased these Brooks walking shoes. As everyone in their reviews had recommended, I sized up a half size. Glad I did as they fit perfectly. Not only that but I recently hurt my knee and these shoes provide so much support that it does not even hurt to walk. For years I had been seeing nurses and doctors wearing these in the hospitals and now I understand why. They are lightweight and extremely supportive. Just a breeze to take a walk in.

Love Brooks! Love the color. Love the fit! Love the comfort! Love the support! Love the quality! Brooks has always came through for me and I have tried numerous other brands but none of them compared to Brooks. I know everyone’s feet as different and other brands may fit and feel better to other people but I am a Brooks fan.

Good walking shoe but not great
The Brooks Ghost is good not great. The size is correct but the fit is roomy. I am 5’1″ 112 lbs and regularly wear a 7 1/2 regular. I prefer a good arch and a shoe that shapes around my foot with still room in the toe area. The Ghost feels a bit roomy all over even with tightening down the laces. It is sturdy and comfortable but not as cushioning as other shoes I have had.

Most comfortable shoe ever!
The is my first pair of Brooks shoes and I’m impressed. The fit is perfect and they are the MOST comfortable shoe I have ever owned! Everything about them is impressive, the fit, the comfort, the arch support, durability and slip resistance. I only wish they would make a cute hiking boot with all the features of this shoe. It has a wide toe box which is amazing and comfortable. This is a great comfortable shoe.

These shoes are exactly what I was hoping for. After reading some reviews, I decided to take a chance. I know Brooks has been around for a while and are a good brand.These are extremely comfortable. Your heel squishes into it and makes every step feel good.I have been looking for some good walking shoes and these are great.They have a slight curve on the bottom, so you really get that “heel, ball, toe” effect when walking but u don’t even think about it after wearing for a day. Very happy with my purchase. And they’re cute! I bought 7.5 and they fit true to size.

Unfortunately Bothered My Plantar Facitis
I want to love these! I have been struggling with plantar facitis for over a year and wanted to upgrade my walking shoes to help alleviate my pain. I tried SO many shoes and thought these were the winner. They are stable yet cushy and so very comfortable to wear. They are also cute, especially for a shoes with a thicker sole. However, I actually think these aggravate my foot more than any other shoe I own. Even wearing them to run errands or casually walking around my office (so minimal walking/movement) causes discomfort. I will say I did wear them all day at DisneyLand with minimum discomfort so I really thought I’d found the right shoe but it must have been a fluke bc I’ve had issues ever since.If you don’t have foot pain issues, you’ll probably love these.

Thre rocker base really adds support to my feet when walking or exercising. The rocker technology adds stability to both my arch and ankels. These shoes were recommened by my podiatrist and are well worth the money.
