Help with pain
As I have gotten older, my legs hurt more. I work on a concrete floor and these help with the pain after being on my feet all day. They offer good support and are comfortable in most shoes. I do not use them in all shoes because they are thick and make some pairs uncomfortable.These are better than some insoles I have used and I always wear these when I wear flat sneakers (ie Converse, Keds) as they have absolutely no support on their own.

I’ve had trouble with my shoes lately and need more support but my shoes are all still good. These have helped a lot. They give me more arch support and make my shoes just the slightest bit tighter (I think some of them have stretched out because they were a bit loose) so that I can walk more easily without my feet slipping around. The heel is nice too since it gives me a bit more stability there with the edges that turn up a bit. I had some concerns cutting them to size because the shape doesn’t quite match my shoes but honestly I haven’t even noticed. I liked them a lot so I ordered another pair for one of my other pairs of shoes that I wear regularly.

Okay support
While the main arch support is good, and there is some secondary arch support, there is almost no padding. It kind of cradles the foot instead of giving support to the main pressure areas. It feels like what a good supportive shoe might feel like if it was missing its insert. I expected support AND cushion. This is not it.

Honestly saved my feet
I’ve always had a hard time finding shoes that support my feet. Once I found a good shoe, I was looking for a good insole and tried this one out- I’m so glad I did. It really is as effective as an expensive one while being super affordable. Support is the word I’d use to describe these if I could only pick one word! Give them a try!!

I loved how they felt and the support they provided, but I do walk a lot and they wore down pretty quick and I had to get new ones. While they were still new, they provided amazing support and helped keep my arches up

Bonjour, franchement j’ai eu la surprise de voir qu’elle étaient rehaussées. De plus pour la voûte plantaire il y a une bosse qui au départ on la sent bien quand on marche la première fois, je les aient place dans mes chaussures de sécurité. Je suis toujours debout jamais assise et le résultat est super j’ai pas mal aux jambes ni au dos et ma surprise j’ai plus mal aux pieds… Surtout au talon. Je les valident elles sont géniales.
