Decent Upgrade, But Lacks Significant Cushioning
While these insoles are definitely better than the sneakers’ native factory inserts, they didnāt quite meet my expectations in terms of cushioning.The plush foam provides some comfort, but I donāt feel a significant difference in cushioning under my feet, especially during extended periods of walking or standing. If youāre looking for a slight improvement, these insoles will do the job, but if you need substantial support and cushioning, you might want to explore other options.

Great insoles for heel pain
I bought this for my dad, who is a big 63 year old man. He often complains about pain in his feet when he has to wear formal shoes, so I got them these to help out with that and he said they are really comfortable and are helping reduce the pain in his feet after wearing formal shoes.

Very comfortable
I put these inside my rainboots for a trip where I would be walking A LOT (nearly all day exploring the city) and they did an excellent job. I felt comfortable all day, multiple days in a row. They seem to be holding up well/will last for a while.

Las compre para unas botas ya que usaba unas plantillas de gel de esta misma marca pero como al tercer uso ya me dolian los pies, con estas plantillas es algo distinto ya que estas son de espuma y son mas firmes y suaves en mi opinion, si bien las botas no las uso todos los dias, he podido usarlas por varias horas sin cansarme y sin dolor en los pies.En mi caso yo removi las plantillas originales y puse estas en su lugar que si las pongo encima de las originales mi pie queda muy apretado.
