2.If you don’t often use your camera ear cleaner, please charge it once a month.
Your phone can’t connect to your ear wax cleaner with camera
1.If other Wi-Fi coverage is strong, your otoscope camera signal will be affected by the Wi-Fi coverage. In this case, we recommend changing the environment to try again.
2.Confirm whether other phone is connecting to your ear camera WiFi, or whether your phone opens the permission of the App to connect to your phone.
App display abnormality includes lens blur or black screen
1.Please confirm whether your phone has the permission to open the APP to connect to your ear camera WiFi.
2.Please uninstall and reinstall APP to check and make sure you choose the right APP.
3.Please wipe the lens of your earwax remover with camera with a dry towel.

Great product for wax removal
I have really enjoyed this product! Not only does it remove wax but you can see inside your ear to remove black heads, wax, dry skin, etc. if I have a bump I can’t see, I can use this tool to get my eyes on it. My son has very small ear canals and it’s great for him. The price was great! Quality is great! Easy to use on you get the hang of it. The rubber tip is very comfortable. It’s relieved pain due to wax buildup. Very functional!

Exactly what I expected
I just recently purchased this and it was exactly what I expected. The instructions were easy to read to connect to my phone with an app that was easily accessible on the iOS Apple Store. The camera is great qualities so you can really see all the nooks and crannies inside your ear. And overall, it was a great product. This ear wax camera removal thing is amazing! My husband has been having issues with trying out so many ear wax removal solutions; so, I figured to get him this. And you can see where the ear wax build up was. Itās so cool and easy to use. It came with multiple tips that are soft and you can take them off easy to clean it. The camera function as clear. Great price! This isnāt heavy at all and easy to use! My husband didnāt want to share the video cause it can be disturbing.

Works well but maneuvering concept is challenging when pulling out wax. Itās similar to backing up a trailer – left means right. Very cool camera though!

The light is a bright blue illuminating the ear canal well. It comes with a charging cord. You will need to charge it before use. This tool also requires a WiFi connection or downloading an app. The app was easy to download on my iPhone. When connected, the picture of your ear canal is displayed onto your phone. This is a great tool especially for those who wear hearing aids that get clogged with wax, or for those who have difficulty hearing because of wax build up.
