Nice and bright, easy to install.
Nice and bright led lights. Good build quality. Wire length is perfect for installing on rear passenger and driver footwell, and can easily be tucked away. Glue seems to hold up, but will have to see once they get heated up from the sun. App control is a nice touch, makes it easy to adjust the lights and set scenes if desired. Overall happy with this purchase. Makes my car look sporty with the red.

I’ve always loved having LED floor lighting in my cars. About 10 years ago now I had purchased a kit from Walmart that was close to $100. I recently got a 2024 Buick Envista and wanted new lights with it instead of the old kit I’ve been recycling from car to car. I already have Govee smart bulbs, so I instantly picked these up on Prime day for $15 with a $2 coupon.They are incredible. The installation requires a bit of thought, since the LED strips are all daisy chained on 1 wire that can’t be disconnected. I found it best to use the included zip ties to make a small loop at each end of the front seat LEDs and then run the cabling back through the center console trim. The only wiring exposed is the power plug!The lighting is very bright for the size of the strips, and the Govee app has a lot of color options for any sort of scene lighting or even to vibe with the music playing. I prefer a static color, which is literally 2 button presses in the app.I hid the button box in my passenger front foot space completely out of the way of any passing feet. I don’t plan on using it anyway but there is a static color button, rainbow cycle button and power button there for physical controls.The only con I can find with this kit is the adhesive. Seriously, it’s bad. I peeled it right off and put on automotive 3m tape that I had lying around. The default adhesive will not stick very well to the textured plastic trim. Invest in a roll of interior auto double sided tape.This is not worth deducting a whole star in my particular scenario, but this might be annoying to others!TLDR:-Bright and easy to use especially for the price.-The plastic sleeving makes them feel great quality.-It requires a bit of planning to install but Govee gives you cable/zip ties.-Adhesive sucks, buy some on the side.A few days of use update: these light strips do NOT remember the last color scene sent to it, but there is a pretty strange workaround that is confirmed working for me.1) Turn your car on, set the scene or color in the app.2) Turn your phone’s Bluetooth off3) Turn the lights off with the red button in the 12v slot and back on4) Reenable Bluetooth againI’m not sure why this works, but now even when Bluetooth is automatically connected, my lights remain blue. They will quickly flash rainbow when starting the vehicle though.

Pros:- Very easy install, takes like 2 hours if you wanna cord manage and everything.- Very bright, can even see the lights pretty well in the day time which I did not expect at all.- Music function works AMAZINGLY well, only product I have seen that uses a motion sensor in the control box to get the bass instead of whatever it is other companies do.- App works well once connected- Very quality adhesive, once its on there it is NOT coming off so make sure you know where you want it.- Controller has just exactly what you need and nothing more, I like the simplicity of it. Also means time spent in the app is minimal, app only used for when you wanna set specific colors or effects and it seems can be saved so that you can use the controller to activate them instead of going into the app.- Value is amazing here, $30 for a pretty quality product.- Instructions where very helpful- Neatly packaged- Included zip ties for cable management which was very helpful.Cons:- App seems like just one big advert for their other products, and is also not very intuitive.- A lot of cables, not really the products fault but just something to be aware of.- Doesn’t seem to be a HUGE range of colors, but there are still a lot.- If you install them wrong then your kind screwed because that adhesive will stick to the car more than the lights.

The lights were a present for my partner, they arrived two months earlier than expected which was a nice surprise considering the current pandemic! The app is really easy to use and I love that you can change through so many different colours! The lights look great in the car, we have had no issues with setting up or using them so far!

Great way to add to your car, zip ties were included which really helps installing the lights, as the glue strips might have a hard time sticking to certain surfaces in your car. Cables were long enough to go around all 4 seats in my hatchback, LED were bright enough at night. Although Music mode don’t really work but I find the always on mode to looks better anyways
