The product box was ripped at the flap. It’s a bit concerning when a product looks like it was already opened and returned. The bottle was still sealed so I didn’t make a fuss but it worried me a bit.

I suffer with burning skin that gets irritated just by being outdoors in the heat and sun for mere seconds. After numerous dermatologist and many blood test done they were not able to diagnose anything and I am left hopeless only to suffer the body I am in. After extensive research I found out about the healing ability of the fern extract in protecting the skin. I will be sure to give an update in about 3-4 months time. I am most curious to see if I get relief.. however, 2 things I dislike this product for is that 1. Price point is too high especially because it is only 1 ingredient FERNBLOCK 2. The storage instructions said “Do not expose to excessive heat or moisture. Heat or moisture may cause Heliocare capsules to break down or stick together”. I received my first 2 bottles in an ordinary envelope style package that was lined with uv protection film. I bought this concern to my courier but they informed to get in contact with the seller as it bought from the seller and not Amazon. Seller, I have a subscription please find a way to protect the pills in future from heat and moisture.
