The product delivers what it promises. Very pleased.
I’ve used Intake for 3 nights. I slept soundly all night. I have used nasal strips for a long time. But I didn’t get a restful sleep. I would wake up 4 to 5 times a night with one or both nostrils stopped up. Each time, I would go to the bathroom and come back to bed and lay on my other side. In the morning I felt like I hadn’t slept at all. The Intake nose piece opens my nostrils just enough to allow airflow but without any discomfort. The past 3 nights I have gone to the bathroom once each night and slept good for the rest of the night. It’s like the strips didn’t allow enough oxygen to the brain. I finely feel like I’m getting a good night’s sleep. The only drawback would be the cost of the refills. And it is a bit tricky to get the magnet in the exact spot to get the maximum benefit. But overall, I’m very pleased with the results. Thanks Intake!

Shockingly good!
This thing is amazing!! It’s a more expensive option, but if you compare it to buying nasal strips for every night it will save money and work better in the long run. I was considering using an insertable nasal dilator, but they always seemed so uncomfortable and unhygienic. I wasn’t sure what to expect from this since the regular disposable nose strips never were that great for me. The Intake turned out to be amazing!! It really gives you great air flow without having to put anything up your nose, and it’s very comfortable!For sizing, I have an average nose for a woman. I usually use the size M1. It really depends on placement and it will take some trial and error to find the best placement for the stickers. If I place them closer to the bridge of my nose I can only get the S2 to fit, whereas if they are placed closer to my cheeks I can use the M2. Both placements open up my airways well, so if you apply the stickers unevenly it should still work just fine. I have read that people with particularly large noses might have trouble (the largest size they offer is not included in this kit, nor is the smallest size). I recommend playing with the placement a bit if you’re having difficulty.It was super easy to use. I did have some trouble with the sticker lifting off my nose on one side at first. I was still able to keep wearing it the rest of the night since it didn’t come off all the way and still added some lift to my nostril. To make sure it stays on all night clean your nose thoroughly. Make sure there’s no oil, makeup, lotion, or dead skin and that your skin is dry. When you apply the sticker make sure there are no wrinkles or air bubbles. Once it is on, don’t move it or take it off again because it won’t stick as well the second time.With the increased airflow I noticed my sense of smell is much sharper when I’m wearing this! It also means that your nostrils can dry out a bit, so you might want to consider using a humidifier if you live in a very dry area. I haven’t needed one so far but I have noticed occasional discomfort from the dryness.Since it comes with multiple sizes im going to give the larger size to my brother, I think he will like to use this! You can also use medical tape on the little metal bits in the stickers to help stick them down. The refills are expensive so I might see how using surgical tape works out when I run out.This is very comfortable. I can’t feel it when I’m wearing it, and the magnet is powerful. No chance of it coming off at night! I can see it on top of my nose in the middle of my vision, but you get used to that.The only downside is that the stickers leave an unpleasant sticky residue in the morning. I believe the natural oil from skin breaks down the adhesive into a sticky goo, which is probably a good thing because the oil in skin would cause most adhesives to simply fall off instead. but it’s still unpleasant. It’s rather difficult to wash off too. Soap and cleansers don’t dissolve it well, but I had some luck with makeup remover. Also diluted rubbing alcohol should work, but it’s not very good for your skin.

I found out about intake through an instagram ad and thought it looked fantastic so I purchased it just to try it out. 20 dollars seemed reasonable, and I would say even for that price, this thing is pretty worth it.In terms of the product itself, it does everything it claims to do, it opens up my airway fantastically. The quality is great, the plastic is not cheap feeling, the magnetic applicator is actually very handy, makes it easy to apply, and it includes sizing for almost any nose size. The stickers themselves work great, and so long as you clean your nose beforehand, they wonāt start to come off until you wear them longer than 24hrs. If I was rating based on the product itself, Iād give a perfect review.I like to wear mine before bed, which drastically improves my sleep quality. Iāve also worn it to the gym a few times which was amazing, but Iām not brave enough to show up with it on every day lol. Any situation where you need to open up your airways works great with this. Sometimes if Iām gonna be working from home, Iāll just stick it on the morning and leave it on all day!Positives aside, when I ran out of the adhesive magnets, I went and checked the price of the refills. Intake wants to charge $30 for 30 stickers. I donāt know how you can justify charging a dollar for a bandaid with a tiny magnet in it. Mind you, without those, the product is completely unusable. Since I didnāt want to pay the equivalent of 2 Prime memberships every month to continue using my nose strip, I went online to do some research to see if maybe there was a DIY solution or way to reuse the stickersā¦Turns out, I discovered THIS EXACT PRODUCT is on aliexpress, sold by the actual manufacturer for $2 dollars (for the same starter pack kit).Not a knockoff version, the exact same product. I have both kits now and besides packaging, the two products are literally indistinguishable. Same logo, same materials, same sizing, even the swirling pattern on the magnetic applicator is the same.Not only that, but the refill sticker packs cost $7 for 100 countā¦ basically, intake is selling you a product that they didn’t actually invent, donāt actually make, putting their own branding and charging you 10x markup for the kit and 15x markup for refills.So while I absolutely love the product, I canāt help but feeling like Iāve been duped into participating in someoneās get rich quick scheme by buying from Intake. I honestly wouldnāt even fault them if they sold it for a less ridiculous markup, since at least you have the convenience of avoiding international shipping and having prime overnight. But in my mind, selling a $0.07 sticker for 1 dollar is totally unjustified.Rating 3 stars, because despite the drop shipping scam, the product itself is perfect. If it werenāt for intakeās shady business model, I would have rated 5 stars.

Most effective breathing strips. Period.
The intake breathing magnet strip works really well. As long as you place the metal dots in the right place, you will feel your sinus open and be able to breathe better. Did it fix my snoring? It definitely lessened it!IMPORTANT HACK!! ā¦ the only draw back is the price of the sticky tabs with the metal dots. But, hereās what you doā¦ buy a roll of 3M micro pore tape. Buy the 15 pack of intake and as you use the sticky tabs, tear out the metal dots and save them. Then, you can just cut off a piece of 3M tape and apply the dots. Works just as well if not better! Youāll definitely want to use some rubbing alcohol on the sides of your nose to get rid of any oils so the tape will stick.

very inconvenient to use. falloff off the nose easily. magnets got broken. i switched to regular strips which are cheaper and are more convenient
