Perfect!
This little box has lots of compartments and is made very well. It snaps seamlessly and would be perfecct for storage, travel, or anything really. The gray is a great color too…almost a little taupe like and not so slate gray, I love it.

I downsized my jewelry collection to a few favorite pieces, and this jewelry box is absolutely perfect for storing it all. The only things that wouldn’t fit are my pearls (which have their own box) and one large statement necklace (which is better off hung up). I love that whenever I’m going anywhere – whether for a quick weekend or a lengthy vacation – I can pop this little box in my bag and have my entire jewelry collection on hand. It’s beautiful, well-made, and I am highly satisfied.

The gray color was a great choice. High quality and compact. A little bit heavy for taking it to trip. Small sections underneath might be small for bracelets but perfect for some big earings. I was suffering from the tangled necklaces and long earings. It seems helpful!

Perfect for traveling
It’s seemed a little small but I was able to fit all my jewelry in.

Pretty, but doesn’t work for the intended purpose without modification
So, I wanted to love this, but it doesn’t keep jewelry seperated for travel without modifying it first. The square section is not tall enough to keep the jewelry from moving from the whole box while traveling. I lightly picked up the box and turned it over once to test it and the jewelry was everywhere tangled throughout the box- because the sections aren’t high enough to prevent it from moving around. So, I modified it by putting each thing in its place and then putting a big polishing cloth or cotton insert over the sections to keep the jewelry from leaving each section. This makes it work fine, so I am keeping it. But I wouldn’t gift it because of that, and it is kind of inconvenient that I need to always remember to leave the polishing cloth in there when I go to travel. Oh the other thing is that you cannot use all the features at once- meaning if you put earrings in the pad, they will touch and scratch jewelry opposite it- I use a jewelry polishing cloth over my earrings but I still would be careful of this so as not to ruin any jewelry that will be against it when closed. Otherwise the other pockets etc work well, and its stylish and good quality materials (design just needs some tweaks).
