Excellent coverage does not settle in pores or fine lines!
I have been searching for the perfect foundation and I can’t believe I found it in a powder form! This powder is amazing! I am 56 and it’s hard to find coverage that doesn’t settle in the fine lines and make them pronounced or make my pores look like an orange peel. I can not believe how beautiful my skin looks! I look like a professional did my make up! I love it, it feels like I’m not wearing any makeup, the color is perfect and it was easy to apply and build up in some areas, it also covered up my under eye darkness which is something hard to do! Love it really try this powder it’s is perfect for mature skin!

I’m almost 60/F, some wrinkles and a fair amount of discoloration, red spots, and sun damage, esp. on cheeks.This foundation (baked balance and brighten, color FAIR) is really easy to use. Feels like nothing, even when building. I used only basic, soft, fluffy brushes I had on hand; they worked well for light coverage, but I do think a denser brush option – like a retracting kabuki, as recommended – might work better for building.Very good coverage on bare skin (moisturizar only), pracrically perfect over an inexpensive primer. Almost all my flaws disappeared, even without concealer.Did not settle in wrinkles, either. I FEEL PRET-TY, OH-SO PRET-TY!…or, at least, “not bad for an old broad, not at all!”.I do find that using primer is better over large pores and significant discoloration, such as have I. I used a budget brand with spf 30 and the foundation went on perfectly.It’s FAST, too. The longest part if the process is waiting for the primer to dry, maybe 1-3 minutes.Found it difficult to shade match – but to be fair: When is it *not* difficult?Would be a very nice thing if Laura Geller Beauty offered an inexpensive “sampler” (say, $5.00 for just enough product for 1/2 face in two adjacent shades) to help in this process.I tried “PORCELAIN” first, but it was just a tad too light. The model wearing “FAIR” looks like an olive tone to me, whereas (I think?) I’m more peachy, like the “LIGHT” model – but I’m super pale…but … but.. hem ..haw..Seems really wasteful to open, use once and return a full product to try a color that isn’t quite right, as I have. “Samplers” would really help reduce the volume of product returns, not to mention reduce waste and carbon footprints – just sayin’.Step up,😀Laura Geller. It’s a good product, but pricey.
Pros: This makeup is very lightweight. It helps to cover imperfections, but doesn’t settle into fine lines. The color was good as well. Cons: The price is too high for the amount of product you receive. Also, the advertisements make it sound like it can perform miracles. It can’t. It’s just better than most products that are available for mature women.

Nice foundation
Had heard good things but was a little reluctant. On sale, so finally tried. I really like the foundation. Color was perfect for me. Easy to put on and stays well. Not so heavy like liquid. I use a primer, then brush on. I’m not an everyday make-up person but this makes it easy so I have used it more. My wrinkles still show – it’s not a miracle! But I didn’t expect that anyway. I just like the light coverage, ease and evens out tone. Will keep using.

Very soft and light, but barely any coverage
I recently ordered a Laura Geller makeup kit that contained blush, bronzer, eyeshadow and highlighter and liked it a lot, so I ordered this foundation to see if it would be a good replacement for the liquid foundation I normally use. I also purchased a brand new retractable kabuki brush to use solely with this foundation. I am in my mid-late 50s and have fair skin. My skin has normal aging (crows feet and mouth lines, as well as freckles and a little discoloration in a couple of places) and tends to be on the dry side rather than oily. I like a “natural” sun-kissed look when wearing makeup, and that is a big part of why this brand appeals to me. Unfortunately, this foundation didn’t work for me. It took me more than double the amount of time it normally takes to apply liquid foundation, and I gave up after 3 or 4 applications with the kabuki brush because I didn’t see a difference at all in my complexion, and I didn’t have time to keep making more applications. The powder is also messy and little bits of it were escaping the container and falling onto my bathroom counter, making a mess for me to clean up. I am pretty disappointed in it, especially since I like the other Laura Geller products a lot. The high number of 4 and 5 star reviews of this product is really baffling to me.

Nice even coverage
I love this foundation and powder in one! I use the Fair color and it’s such a fabulous match for my skin tone. It evens out all my discolorations and you can build it up as much as you need. It leaves your face nice and smooth and even. And it lasts most of the day. See the before and after photos. The first photo is without and the second is one pass of the baked and balance. I love this product and use it everyday. It leaves you looking natural and not cakey like some foundations can leave you looking.

My wife bought this and she loves it. she has fair skin and the color is perfect and covers what she wants covered. she says it can feel a bit dry when first applied but lasts all day without setteling in to fine lines

Die Foundation ist leicht in der Anwendung. Einfach mit dem Pinsel aufzutragen und zu verteilen. Das Ergebnis ist gleichmäßig und ergibt einen ebenmäßigen Teint. Der Farbton passt sich wunderbar dem Hautton an. Bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis.
