Very effective and comfortable
Me and my boyfriend love this device.You literally can feel your muscles tighten, and it feels like doing sit-ups.My boyfriend is a professional air hockey player. Lately he was dealing with a very sore elbow. Like tennis elbow. He is been using the small belt on his arm. It really helped a lot. He was able to play successfully in a competition.

Ok, I was skeptical about this, but figured It was worth a try1. You can see your muscles contract with each pulse.2. You can easily get just as sore as a 20 min work out with this device, so use your own judgment on what you can personally handel.3. Make sure you use the included spray bottle to wet it a tiny bit before use.I start off on setting one, mode one but had to bring it up to 5 to feel anything, however please not that my waist is 42 inches so you will more than likely be able to start lower. Level 6 was borderline painful, but Id imagine in time it wont be bad. Also give your self aome time inbetween seasions as you can cause painful cramps / spasms if over used.

Arm bands do not stretch like waist band.
The waist band you can stretch to fit around but the arm bands don’t stretch. So if you already have big arms the arm bands are pointless.
