Maybelline Lifter Gloss, Hydrating Lip Gloss with Hyaluronic Acid, Ice, Pink Neutral, 0.18 Ounce

Best lipgloss ever!
I rarely write reviews, but I had to write this one. This is my second purchase of this Maybelline lipgloss. It is incredible. I have dry lips and I’m constantly searching for something with moisture, but I want something with a little bit of color. I’m not the kind of person that typically wears lipstick, but I feel like I look better with Lipstick on. I decided on the off chance to try this and it is amazing. It feels so good on your lips, it is super moisturizing, smells incredible and the colors are beautiful. I am 50 and I am pretty fair skinned I originally ordered the color silk. I would describe this as a perfect neutral and could look good on any skin color. Today I just received gummy bear and it’s a really pretty light pink. Love it!I have a Dior lip oil in my purse that cost $50 and this is 10 times better! I will be ordering more for sure.

Great lip gloss!
Maybelline has really been stepping up their game these days. In the past, I was not very impressed with their products, but I have found myself gravitating towards them more and more these days. I love their Age Rewind concealers, which blend flawlessly into my skin, their eyeliner, etc, so I decided to give this gloss a shot based on the number of reviews. It did not disappoint. I ordered two neutral shades, “Moon” and another I can’t recall the name of at the moment, and I love them both. First, I love the way the product feels on my lips. They truly feel smooth and hydrated when I’m wearing this, and I feel like my lips don’t feel super sticky like they do with the NYX Butter Glosses I typically wear. I feel like the product also lasts longer than other glosses I’ve tried. Second, visually the gloss looks fantastic after applying it. It makes my lips appear smooth and the color is so nice and natural. I have fleshy colored lips so I feel like the neutral shades I bought looks more natural but definitely gives my lips some color. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the shape of the tube the product comes in. I do feel it’s kind of bulky and I don’t like the edges. I prefer lip gloss tubes that are more cylinder shaped; however, that said I do feel the amount of product that comes in it is pretty generous. Also, you may feel a tingly sensation when applying this. It feels weird at first but does fade after a couple minutes. Overall, this is a product I like and would definitely recommend! I just purchased another in a neutral pink shade, which I’m very excited to try.

BUBBLEGUM IS THE BEST
I am hooked on the candy one called Bubblegum. I cannot put into words how much I love this gloss. I’ll do my best.. it’s a grown up bubblegum scent (almost more coconut? Not entirely bubblegum- think like tropical sexy bubblegum). It’s a fantastic scent and I’ve been asked what perfume I was wearing after applying it in close contact and it was 100% the lipgloss they were asking about, not my fragrance! On top of the scent being delicious, the color is beautiful. It gives your lips that plump juicy pink shine that looks amazing with a brown or coolish toned lip liner. Wears down beautifully and evenly. Just try it! You won’t regret it but please don’t make it go viral or I’ll be so sad if it sells out.

Some good some not so good
I got this gloss in Pearl to use over lip stick. It does add shine but no glimmer. It is not sticky and I find it to be moisturizing. It doesn’t last very long and there is no lift. To me, it smells like a combo of coconut and vanilla but not in a good way. It comes in an oversized (too big) square tube that has a small internal cylinder of gloss. I would’ve much rather that they just put it in a smaller tube that contained the size so it wouldn’t be such a pain to carry around in my purse. I do not recommend due to unpleasant scent and lack of performance.

This gloss in “Moon” is a total game-changer! The formula is super hydrating, and it leaves my lips feeling soft and smooth without any stickiness. The high-shine finish gives my lips a fuller, plumper look, and the “Moon” shade is a gorgeous, subtle shimmer that’s perfect for everyday wear or layering over lipstick.The applicator is great too: nice and wide, so it’s easy to apply in one swipe. I’ve tried a lot of glosses, but this one stands out for both quality and price. Definitely my all time favorite.
