This is a great water flosser and the customer service of this seller is stellar!First of all, this is my third water flosser (all different brands). I use this on the highest custom setting because my teeth and gums are very accustomed to water flossing. The unit is easy to use and the water pressure is great. If setting the custom mode, it only changes the setting while the unit is running, so it’s easiest to turn the unit on when empty, choose your setting.The tank is really large and gives plenty of water flossing time. I add hydrogen peroxide to the water in the tank to help whiten my teeth. The tank is also easy to empty as the hole has nothing sticking up inside the tank to stop the water from flowing out of the hole. Other brands I’ve had make it impossible to completely empty the tank as the water will never flow out of the hole.My unit had a problem with the battery not holding a charge when I tried charging it for the first time. I contacted the seller directly to tell them about the issue. They sent me a new unit immediately! Such good customer service shouldn’t be ignored, so buy with confidence. They stand behind their products. Highly recommend!

This water flosser has been a great addition to my dental care routine. The design is sleek, and it’s ergonomically comfortable to hold. The power is impressive, effectively cleaning between teeth. It also comes with extra tips, which is convenient if you have a partner to share it with. I also appreciate that it’s rechargeable and recharges quickly. The price is very reasonable for the quality and features you get.However, there are a few drawbacks. The water reservoir could be larger, as it requires refilling during some uses. It also doesn’t have a low battery alert, which would be helpful. Instead, the power just decreases and it doesn’t work as effectively. Additionally, it uses a special charging cable, so you need to keep track of it.Despite these minor issues, I would recommend this water flosser for its overall performance and value compared to similar “name brand” products.

Exceeds expectations and durable
Bought it in Oct2023, and functions really well. Cleans all those particles in between teeth. Initially planned for travel only, now using it daily and hardly taking the not-for-travel one. Hope it stays going well. It has the nice multi settings of water pulse, though it typically used one only.The not-for-travel (other brand, power outlet cabled) does give a little harder water stream but this one does the job equally well, and doesnt break that often.Only minor thing, I would like to have a way to disengage battery during travel or a way to protect the on button from accidental engagement in my suitcase. Made my own cover fix for it.
