Love these cool pencils. They are thick and sharpen well. A perfect gift for someone who enjoys coloring books. It is fun to see the finished project, because depending on how you hold then pencil, you get a different outcome.

WOW!!!
Ok, I’m sold, these things are incredible. Not only do they create an interesting effect, but they’re actually very buttery and blend extremely well. Other people have said they’re hard, but I haven’t found that to be true at all, they have the same consistency as my Prismacolor pencils, soft, buttery, highly blendable. They’re also HUGE, so you get a lot for your money. I also appreciate that one of the pencils gives a brownish color because you can use it to do houses, tree trunks, dirt roads, etc. There are some really pretty colors, but the inclusion of some darker colors makes these pencils very versatile. You could do an entire landscape picture realistically just using these pencils. The price for what you get makes it even better, and the extra thick core means less breakage.

They work good. But not as cool as I had hoped.
Like the quality of pencil itself. It feels good, it’s large, still last a while! I was just disappointed with the variety of colour it produced. It is good for backgrounds. Instead of blending colors, this is preblended for you.

My 7year old granddaughter was delighted with these pencils! When coloring, each pencil produces a variety of colors and a surprise outcome each time. Primarily pastels, but fascinating to see the outcomes each time. I love the creativity it sparks.

Much wider than normal pencils
I have other multi colored pencils and like the color choices and quality of these . They are soft and blend well. The only issue I had is that they are very fat, so if you are trying to do fine lines or small spaces, they can be tough to use.

I am obsessed with multi coloured pencils. I’ve tried Jolly, Ooly, Koh-I-Noor Magic, AliExpress, DeSerres, Party City, and more. I find these to be really good, just as good as my brand name ones. Lovely colour selection. I did see them available on AliExpress too but they’re about the same price and I wanted the faster delivery. I like the colours of the Ooly Kaleidoscope better I think, but they’re also kind of a different style. Those ones have 6 different sides, these ones are a mish mash more like the Koh I Noor Magic pencils. These are a great price, KIN are like $5 a piece. They feel sturdy and the leads won’t break easily. Keep in mind you’ll need either a bigger pencil sharpener or a knife to sharpen these. I would happily purchase these again.
