Awesome Earbuds!
These are the best earbuds I’ve ever owned. They sound incredible. Unfortunately, the first set I had contained a right earbud with a defective battery, but I received the replacement quickly. The case is cool and they fit well. I use them with my Flip 5 and they are seamless. The Samsung ecosystem has been a kind one for me. They don’t seem to last as long as the Buds Pro or the Buds Pro 2, but they still last 5ish hours on a single charge. It’s only annoying on days when I work with them in my ear all day. They charge fairly quickly, but the case doesn’t seem to have as much juice as the old ones either. I feel like I have to charge them deliberately, whereas the older Buds Pros I could just kinda charge the case when I thought about it. None of it detracts from actually performance, though. The bass, for earbuds is amazing! I wear them in my ear all day and have no ear pain. They’re comfortable. They connect well and i can walk an impressive distance away and still get a signal.

There are a few undocumented things to figure out, like wait a few seconds after opening the lid to pair and still trying to figure out the touch controls, but overall these work well and are problem free.I found the fit to be good (not using while running/jumping) and active noise cancellation knocks out all white noise and >95% of organize background like music and conversations (close to 100%, but not quite). I have used for 3-4 hours at a time with active cancellation while listening to music on low volume and still had 40%+ battery.I am using with a Samsung phone and Windows PC. The apps are adequate (Windows is a little dated).I got a 2024 open box which made the price more reasonable.

Missing ear tips, when clearly says they will be included
Ear buds work, look to be in great shape. However product says it comes with the different size ear tips and they were not included. Can’t give a good rating if they don’t include everything they say they are going to include.

The earbuds came in tge original box with the charging cable and all the original paper that comes and they look brand new but I was missing the different size ear tips

I’ve been purchasing refurbished tech for a while and haven’t been disappointed yet. These headphones came in the original box with the original cord and size tips. They work like brand new and the sound is amazing! They fit me well and look sleek but don’t look like airpods. I saved over a hundred dollars off the price of new ones and couldn’t be happier!
