Bueno pues tengo unas amigas que me han dicho que los tampons son incómodos PERO ahí les va el dato yo no puedo ocupar los súper plus o los ultra por que ya son demasiado gruesos así que Noes que no sirvan solo que por ejemplo yo soy muy bajita mido 4.9 así que lo máximo que me puedo poner sin duda es el SÚPER ya que yo sufro de periodos muy heavy y aunque me ayudo con toallas regulares y nocturnas para la noche ,una muy buena opción para esos días yo recomiendo SUPER
