Fun for kids and adults too
Great simple cook book. I’m 35 and even I got some inspiration from this book. My son was really into reading the directions and measuring the ingredients. The recipes are simple, and they are yummy things kids would eat. The pictures that are added in are great. We have a goal to cook every receipe in here. Wish us luck 🙂

So easy and delicious
I got this along with the cooking book for my kids for Christmas. My 10 year old has tried a bunch of recipes and each one has turned out so well. He loves the challenge of trying to do it without asking for my help and the recipes are simple so he usually accomplishes his goal of making delicious food without needing help. Each recipe is simple and easy to follow and is laying a foundation of good, solid basics. Every time he makes something new his confidence increases along with his interest is cooking and baking.

Perfect for beginner bakers
I bought this book for my daughter and found out it is the same one they use in her classroom. The explanations are written so that children can succeed at their baking projects. Simple and clear step by step instructions. Definitions of baking instructions and a complete list of tools needed for each recipe. In second grade my daughter made cinnamon rolls from scratch by herself and they were delicious.

Not for beginners
This is a nice book but it will take a lot of supervision for the beginning chef. My great-grandson is 5 and helps his mom bake bread and cookies, so I hope he will enjoy this book with his mom.

If you’re on the fence get it! You won’t regret it.
This book so informative!!!!! Great for all ages. I bought this for my sons birthday so we haven’t used it together yet. But just from my own look through it I’m so excited to cook with him this book teaches you techniques not just recipes it teaches you the how to and the why. I’m more likely to teach him things I mightve forgotten to teach since I’m a self taught home cook.
