I love the whole series and this one did not disappoint. I read all of them to my child and they enjoyed each one! Super cute and I love the little facts in the back of the book, it helps expand the conversation and leads to more questions and discussions.

Woops, I didn’t read the fine print and preordered this book after my toddler enjoyed The Leaf Thief and Don’t Touch That Flower. I was excited to get this in today and opened it… and realized it’s the same book.Will gift to a friend, but warning others just in case!

Same book, different title.
Here to say the same thing as many other reviews here. My kids and I love these books, so we were excited to order the newest one, but turns out it’s the same as “Don’t Touch That Flower!”So it’s a very cute book, but not a new book like I thought I was getting, so a real waste of money and very disappointing. But I’ll gift it to someone.

A keeper!
This book is just as charming as the others in the collection! I was a little surprised by the storyline, as there’s no “thief” in this one, despite the title. However, we’ll definitely be keeping it in our collection and continue to enjoy its cuteness. If you love The Leaf Thief and The Snow Thief, this one is still a must-read!

We preordered this book because our daughters love the Squirrel and Bird books, we figured it would be a follow up to “Don’t Touch That Flower!” maybe about the transition in to summer and how some plants don’t thrive in the heat? But it’s literally the same book under a new name to be in line with the previous installments “The Leaf Thief” and “The Snow Thief”.If you already bought “Don’t Touch That Flower!” you can absolutely skip this one.

Die Geschichte von Eichhörnchen und Vogel ist so lustig zu lesen! Die Bilder sind sehr hübsch gemalt und wir lieben das Buch und die Geschichte. Wir haben auch “den Blätterdieb” und die Geschichte ist genauso lustig.
