$36.71
The Victor M250BSR-2 Electric Mouse Trap offers a humane answer for rodent control with its advanced technology. Designed as a state-of-the-art mousetrap, it provides a swift, high-voltage shock that effectively eliminates rodents such as mice. Laboratory testing performed at the Woodstream Animal Laboratory on May 19, 2017, confirmed a 100% kill rate with mice, thanks to its precisely engineered design where beveled columns hold rodents in place over the trigger plate, minimizing any chance of escape. Ideal for indoor use, these mousetraps for mice can be conveniently placed along walls where rodent activity is observed. The no-see, no-touch disposal feature allows a sanitary cleanup without direct contact with the caught rodent. Furthermore, traps are equipped with an LED light system; a green light indicates a catch, signaling it’s time to clear the trap, while a red light alerts when the batteries need replacement. The trap is enhanced with an innovative safety switch and a tunnel design, protecting pets and children from accidental activation. This trap combines efficacy and safety in a user-friendly manner.

BEST EVER
This mousetrap is actually enjoyable to use. Caught 8 mice in 5 days. And easy clean up. Open the top and drop the mouse out. I use a very little chunk of cheese and the trap does everything else. It is actually fun to look each morning to see if I have a new (dead) friend in there. I have not had to clean the trap once. Just put in some new cheese – if necessary – most the time kills the mouse before the eat it. Highly Recommend. Very quick and humane death for the mouse.

Much better than any other option!
Worked so good. The trap is pretty small, so it was easy to put behind the bottom drawer of our oven. We were able to catch the mouse terrorising our kitchen within 12 hours of putting the trap out. No mess, the mouse pretty much looked like it just keeled over. There’s a door on the top that you can use to dump the mouse out without having to touch it. Some pointers from online and the instructions that I used when setting it up: Use peanut butter as bait, use gloves to set it up to avoid human scent deterring mice, making sure to place the hole against the wall. Overall, this is way better than other traps as far as safety (you just switch it off before handling the trap), cleanliness, effectiveness, and being able to kill the mice quickly so to avoid excess suffering. Being reusable is also a huge plus. You don’t ever have to touch it to check it, there’s an indicator light on the top that shows when it catches something. If you have mice issues, buy it!

Mouse:1 Me:0 (so far)…..it’s now 2 to 1 … (See newest update on refills.)
I purchased three of these for different areas (open back porch, garage and open front porch). Arrived in 4 hours (amazing!). Easy to set up and intuitive. Also easy to empty (if there was a mouse….). I like the design. No poison and the deceased mouse is enclosed, so my dog won’t start to use it like a stuffed toy. Perfect! So far the trap worked very fast. First mouse encounter within 3 hours. Set it against a wall, just as recommended. Green light flash. BINGO! First rodent casualty. Took the electrocution chamber off, went to the disposal area, opened the door…and what did I find? Bait gone…and a pile of mouse poop. No mouse.I think that I created a Franken-mouse. A few hundred volts didn’t phase my little rodent…except to blow the poop out of him. I swear that when I went to dump the chamber there was a high pitched laugh from the corner of the patio. Maybe it’s just my imagination.Oh well. It was easy to clean out. Reload and replace.Watch out critter. I haven’t given up yet. Will update this review in the future. Gotta run. Quasimodo-mouse is knocking at the door.Update – about 5 days. Frankenmouse:2 Me: 0 It’s not looking good for this product.fOk. Update #2. It’s now Frankenmouse 2, Me:1 Seemed pretty effective. Let’s see how it performs with a re-loaded bait chamber. (Easy to empty and reload). Because of the updated score, I bumped this up to 4 stars!Final update #3: These traps seem to have “hit a rhythm” and I have been successful in getting a number of mice. I didn’t keep count, but it’s more than 6 or 7. In fact, on our porch, I once got TWO mice at the same time.Overall, I really like these traps. Easy to set and ignore…until the light goes on. Then they are easy to empty, and I put them where a local hawk can get the critter….better than tossing them away. (and there is no poison that I need to worry about). Overall I bumped these up to 5 stars! With that, I will end my review of this product.Update…..Ok, I am a full believer. With three traps strategically placed on our porches, I have caught probably a dozen or more mice. I give the full contraption a 5 Star rating.HOWEVER, I had to buy some refills for the trap chamber. (I won’t tell you why…), and I saw both after market versions and the more expensive “original” chambers. Based on reviews, I went with the far more expensive “original” replacement chambers.Well, they seem to work ok, but don’t fit quite as well as the original chambers of the full trap. Plus….the traps do NOT have the “vector” image in the plastic top. I suspect that these are NOT original vector trap chamber replacements and are aftermarket products.Given that, I would probably try the less expensive aftermarket versions (they are a lot less expensive). But overall, I still think this is a great trap.

Super great mouse trap 👍
Works great! I got tired of the old fashioned snap trap not working. These mice somehow take the bait without snapping the trap!! I bought this because I figured it’s fool proof. So far Victor has killed 12 mice and finally had to change the batteries. Catching mice almost every night and shocking the family with how many have been among us! Used it indoors, out in the vehicles, etc and so easy to dispose of than the snap traps too. I just flip open the trap door and look away as I dump into the dumpster. Hasn’t gotten any dirty at all and the original bait I put in it is still there! Big mice, small mice, they all have met their demise! I keep the mouse score on my calendar lol i definitely would buy another one to keep a few around the property.

Bulky and inefficient
Traps did not catch any mice. After becoming overwhelmed with mice at home I bought one of these to help expedite getting them out of my home. All of my humane traps worked far better than this one did. Mice didn’t even nibble on the food. They’re way too big to place hidden along tight spaces. Too late to return

This Works
I had 2 mice in my house. One I caught with glue traps. The second evaded me, and I’ll admit I didn’t try very hard because I felt horrible about trapping them like that. Eventually I’d had enough of hearing him in my walls so I bought this trap. Expensive, sure. But literally 5 minutes after I had turned off my lights to go to sleep I heard the buzzing noise from the closet where I’d set up the trap that afternoon. Effective and humane. Disposal was easy and clean. If you have mice just get it, you won’t regret it!

Worked great put it down and caught a mouse within 24 hours! Very easy to use and dispose of rodent. Reusable trap!

Extremely effective.
Pros: Simply put, I set the trap for the last 5 days and have disposed of 5 dead mice. It works without fail with just a small amount of peanut butter and 4 AA batteries.Cons: removing the dead mice requires some effort via flipping it upside down and tapping it repeatedly to dislodge the mouse. They get kind of stuck in there.Note to Victor: If you are going to sell a product in America, hire an American to write the English instructions. They are TERRIBLE. Embarrassingly bad with missing details and instructions out of sequence. You can’t put the trap down and then put batteries in it. There is also no “bait cup.” There was nothing about what the lights or colors on the indicator means. You need to do better. That’s why this is a 4 star review. If everyone gives you 5 stars, you have no motivation to improve.

This is a seriously cool mouse trap! This thing makes me feel like I’m living in the future. Not only does it look the business but it’s also super easy to setup and provides a tidy, mess free mouse trapping environment. The problem with standard traps is that they can be messy when successfully activated. The problem with sticky traps is that they are effective but awfully cruel and a nightmare if you stand on one or have pets. The problem with humane traps is that mice (in my experience) just don’t use them and even if they did, they can be cruel too if you’re on holiday somewhere and the poor thing is left to starve to death. This trap, then, is the best of all worlds. It’s super easy to setup. You just separate the two compartments and put 4xAA batteries in the left side. You then open the right side (the mouse catching bit) and put a big dollop of peanut butter on the end panel. This, cleverly, has a plastic wall next to it which is perforated with holes to let the mouse sniff the goodness inside! You then click both pieces back together and switch on. When you do this, a green light shows and there is a satisfying buzz/hum to let you know that the electrification mechanism is armed. You then place the box next to a wall in a troublesome area and wait for a curious mouse to sniff the peanut butter, enter the trap and be immediately electrocuted. It’s quick, effective and there’s no mess.If a mouse enters the trap and actives it, the trap flashes a green light on top to let you know that it’s caught something. You can then safely switch it off, dispose of the mouse and wipe out the container ready for re-arming.This thing is seriously cool and works like a dream. After unsuccessfully attempted to remove mice with the other type of traps, this thing attracted and disposed of them straight away. Yes, it’s more expensive than your standard traps but it’s way more effective, much cleaner and you don’t run the risk of causing immense pain to your fingers when the setup process goes wrong! Snap!!!Highly recommended!
