I have been a makeup artist for over 20 years. I have worked for some of the most prestigious brands, but I have never come across a consumer-branded concealer/foundation that I would actually recommend for the body, even if it has been labeled for the body. They all transfer, run, and/or fade in a few hours. But oh my goodness, let me tell you about the Westmore Beauty Body Coverage Perfector! I recently tried the Golden Radiance shade, and wow, it’s like a magic potion for your skin! The lightweight formula is just phenomenal; it glides on so smoothly and instantly evens out my skin tone.SHADE RANGETo give you an idea of the shade range, let’s consider a 12-shade scale. 1 is the darkest, 12 is the palest. Golden Radiance could suit anyone from a 7 to a 4.Golden Radiance is a bit dark for my complexion, but it makes a great bronzer, which is what I was looking for. I love to put this on my face before my usual foundation. I’ve even worn this on my face with just a bit of concealer to conceal and highlight.COVERAGE & FINISHThe radiant finish is lovely. It’s not shimmery or glittery; I wouldn’t even call it dewy; it’s more of a satin or natural matte. It’s not just a body concealer; it feels like a second skin! I love how it moves with me, and it doesn’t look cakey at all. I wouldn’t consider this full coverage. I’m sure you can achieve full coverage by building thin layers over thin layers. The key is to follow the instructions and buff thin layers over thin layers until you achieve the coverage you desire.LONGEVITYIt’s waterproof and sweatproof, which is a total game changer for those hot summer days! I wore it for an entire day and into the night, and it stayed put without any transfer. It is self-setting, but a light powder over it won’t hurt.What’s really cool is the Tri-Effects Technology that they use. It’s like they thought of everything!BRUSHThis comes with the fattest, fluffiest, softest brush your skin will ever feel; IT’S AMAZING!! The ergonomic design of the handle feels natural and intuitive; I can’t really explain it. You’ll understand when you hold it in your hands. It is the perfect applicator for this type of product.CONCLUSIONHonestly, if you’re looking for body makeup that covers everything from varicose veins to stretch marks, you’ve got to give this a try. This WESTMORE BEAUTY Waterproof Golden Radiance 7oz Leg and Body Coverage Makeup and Blend & Blur Kabuki Body Brush is scar, tattoo and vein cover-up makeup.To get best results it is important to use on clean and dry exfoliated skin. You can use the Kabuki body brush, a sponge blender, mitt, towel or your finger to evenly apply the Perfector to your skin and blend it in. Allow it to dry for at least 10 minutes and apply additional layers, if needed. It is important to allow dry time in between layers before getting dressed. Clean hands/brush/sponge after application.I have included a picture of the ingredients on the back label of the Body Coverage pPrfector.To remove use oil or an oil based makeup remover. I use Dermablend makeup dissolver and have had success.This Golden radiance is not my proper shade but I really wanted to test it. My shade is closer to light radiance. In the summer, or before vacation, I use self tanner and the golden radiance would work post self-tanner. At the moment I am not using self-tanner so showing it on my skin would not blend in well at all.The reason that I wanted to test this is cause I am in several surgery groups and women are always looking for camouflage make-up to conceal their scars post surgery. Up until now I have only recommended one brand since that was all that I knew. I can now recommend Westmore Body Coverage Perfector.It is costly but it also comes with a great body brush so you are getting 2 items for the cost. The brush is 3 x 3 inches and has soft bristles, a comfortable hand grip and helps to blend beautifully. The Perfector blends in easily. It is a thicker lotion that goes on a bit wet (that is the only way to describe it) but it blends in better than the brand that I have used before. It goes on smooth, blends easily and, once dry, stays on without rubbing off onto your clothing.4 1/2 stars!

Wow! Fantastic coverage
As the title says, this gives fantastic coverage. Combined with the kabuki brush this is a winning duo. I have some really ugly varicose veins in my legs and am self conscious wearing shorts in summer. This covered them beautifully, but the real secret is in the brush. Once you have the product fairly well distributed the brush evens out the coverage perfectly. I have used self-tanning lotions (this is not those) in the past and gotten streaky coverage. It takes a little practice and patience but I couldn’t be happier with the results. Bonus…the kabuki brush is so soft I just want to use it on my face for regular makeup, even though it is designed for a large area. But oh the softness against the skin! Anyway, buy this. You won’t be sorry.

Boosted my confidence
If you’re super self-conscious about your skin, like I am, this is a super easy way to feel more confident! With the large, super soft brush, you just buff in this lotion and your skin looks bronzed, glowy and more evenly pigmented. I have a light-medium complexion and went with the golden radiance shade, which I thought might be too dark, but even in the dead of winter, it worked! I’m thinking with some summer natural tan plus this, it will be perfect this summer! This set is a little expensive but it is a very large bottle of product and the brush feels very high end, easy to hold, super soft and TONS of bristles.
